MCS12: Travel Information

Directions

If you arrive by plane, your flight will most likely terminate at Bremen or Hamburg airport. You will then have to get to the central railway station via Tram (Bremen) and suburban train aka "S-Bahn" (Hamburg), respectively. From there, proceed to Oldenburg by train. You can check out the connections on the train planner of the Deutsche Bahn (DB). Note that it takes about 40 minutes from Bremen main station to Oldenburg, and about 1:50 hours from Hamburg main station to Oldenburg.

Information on public transport in Oldenburg (including links to online timetables) can be found on the webpage of the University.
